hi, today when i went onto my yolasite builder page, all my videos and slidshow was put off centre. my preview page shows that its all ok but my builder page has them all over the shop and the width of the page is much bigger on the right than the left. Any reason for that??? and ive also got a few you tube videos on my page and one of them is one that i have made, for some reason it is not playing on the site and tells me to watch it on youtube, where it works fine. It says EMBEDDED DISABLED BY REQUEST- WATCH ON YOU TUBE?????? but i made it my self and its been working fine the whole time. But since this maintenance yesterday all this has happened. Any thoughts????? thank you

Hi Shaun,

Would you mind posting your site's URL and letting us know which specific page is affected?

Hi Shaun,

Unfortunately this is a bug on our side with the YouTube Widget when using Firefox. This does not affect your published site, it is only manifesting in the Site Builder. Our engineers are aware of the problem and will be working on a fix. If this makes editing your site in the Site Builder difficult, for the time being, a workaround would be to either edit your site using Internet Explorer or Safari as this problem is not affecting Site Builders in those browsers.

Another option would be to embed the YouTube video on your site using the HTML Widget. To do this:

1. Copy the embed code on the page of the YouTube video you would like to use
2. Drag an HTML Widget onto your page
3. Past the embed code into the widget

The YouTube video will then appear in your Site Builder properly.

Thank you so much for your patience while we work on this. I hope you will be able to use the workaround in the process.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

ok thanx for your help Emmy. but even in safari there seems to be problems. The latest video i put in, witch is in the builder site and the preview site but not in the main site when i go to it in my browser. Safari is also not showing the properties of the widgets either. I have a very good macbook and an ok internet conection, so im not sure whats happening. all the videos are on one side of the page in the builder but the preview page has them in the middle where i need them. I dont want to be a pain but i really like yola and want to upgrade but i need to know i can do the things i need to do..... thanks for this...

safari is just not cutting it for me, very slow and misses lots of things that the two best browsers have, CHROME & FIREFOX. Is there any reason or any chance of it working better with one of these. Yolasite is the best web page builder ive come across but i seem to just keep coming across problems. As i said i want to upgrade and get a domain name and keep working with yola, but as you can see, its just giving me lots of hold ups at the moment. Please can we come up with something to solve the issues i posted earlier or is it just simply how it is. And ill just have to work around it or look else where, i appreciate all the help.. thank you

Hi Shaun,
Yes, we are getting a few different things with Safari here. When I tested it earlier it seemed to work fine, but now the video looks pushed to the left and not the right as it does in Firefox.

Unfortunately at this time the only thing to do is use the workaround of Internet Explorer or embed the video in an HTML Widget. Our engineers will definitely be working on this, but I cannot say exactly when a fix will go out.

We're sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Ok so ive tried Safari and that didnt work. Now ive tried Internet Explorer and that was even worst. Im running out of options here. Firefox was working perfectly for a while until the site shut down for maintenance the other day. And there does not seem to be any browsers that work anymore. Surely this is not right. What are other mac users using??? Im still missing video in my main site too. Any final suggestions before i start looking elsewhere for web site builders???
