Hello Colin,

Can you let us know what type of file you are trying to upload? (the extension of it, e.g. ".jpg") I see that you said image but images have all sorts of different types.

If it is neither .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or .gif it may be an unsupported type of image.

Hi Colin,

Could you right click on one of the files and a box will appear. Then if you scroll down to the bottom of that box you will see "Properties".
Click on "properties" and another box will open with two tabs.
The first one will be the Tab "General".
If you look down at the second listing you will see another heading "Type of file:" and the space to the right of that is what they're looking for.

Just copy and paste that content and you've got the info to them.

It may be that the image is embedded in a pdf file. In that case the only way I know of to get the image out is to take a screen shot of it and save it as one of the supported file types.
