HELP!!! ACCESS TO MY DOMAINS ARE BLOCKED EVEN THOUGH LICENSE IS PAID!!!

My Bronze expired Friday and I immediately renewed. But now my domains are blocked from the internet. When I try to publish the system goes into a loop. This is a critical time for these sites during an election campaign. Why can't I get some help on this?

Several calls and notes were sent during the specified time last Friday with no response from YOLA.

Hello Yola,

If there are a million accounts and corresponding domains subscriptions with Yola, that would mean something in the order of 3000 renewals a day.

There seems to be a number of problematic renewals and well reported here, then surely good service would mean full attention daily and not just mon to fri for this service? People are paying their renewals but have to wait for the system to pick up on these problematic renewals. The money has been forwarded but the service is failing? Why?

I have checked the e-mails you sent to our support, and can confirm that we have dealt with your query over the weekend and replied to you via e-mail today to let you know that all your domains are up and running again. I'm able to both view your live sites and publish changes.

I have created a test page named "test-page" on your site anitaformayor.com/ in order to test publishing – don't worry, this test page is not in your navigation, and you can easily delete it youself at any time. Publishing worked fine on my end.

Please let us know if you should experience more issues or have any questions.

Sanja was very helpful last night in resolving the problem.
Hopefully the "publishing" hang up or loop will not be a problem in the future.
It is good to be back online. Just disappointed that we were off the air for 2 1/2 days.
