Are you talking about 1 of the main navigation links?

If you are using any normal link that you added you just link to the other sites URL. See here for a tutorial

If you want to use a main navigation link then you will have to do this:

First make a new page, just like normal.

This will be the page that will auto redirect to the other site, if you like add a little bit of styling etc. The user will see this page for about a second.
On these pages i also like to add a link to the other destination site which says 'if you are not automatically redirected within 5 seconds click here'

Then when your happy with the page (dont go over board) add this code to a html widget at the top of the page.

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content=1; url=">

Change for the URL of your other site.

The reason i say make a few style changes first is because the page will also redirect in the site builder, once you apply the code you will no longer beable to edit it.

It will end up working a bit like this (but faster)

PS. Also remember you can edit the page order of the main nav menu by clicking 'edit menu' in the site builder.
