Hello Yola Team. Oh dear. I am joining the others on this page! Have 'lost' two of my pages, as they come up 'problems with page' contact support - which I did. They will not load. Have been working fine up to now. So, this morning thought I would clear the cache, as had a problem loading the site this morning to continue working on it. It now loads ok , but not two. This happened last night my time (roughly 10hrs ago, left it and then tried again this morning, but still no luck). Help please.
JenC
PS. as I have not uploaded, is it still possible for you to check? Am using Firefox, however, tried to also load in IE, Safari, Opera and still had the same problem.

Hi Jen

Thanks.. we have received your email in support and believe we have fixed up the issue. I'll repost here so that others may also learn how to resolve this issue if it happens to them.

We are experiencing a bug where certain words cannot be used for your page names. This triggers an error in opening your page. In your case, the word is "classes".

I have renamed your page. You should now be able to access your page again. If you wish to rename your page again, please follow these steps:

1) Click on the Site Manager tab.

2) Next to each page you will see options to open, rename or delete a page. Click on "rename" and type in the new page name.

You will also want to edit your navigation and hover text so that the new page name is reflected in your navigation. To do this:

1. Click the "Edit Navigation" button directly next to the "Add Page" tab.
2. A dialog box will open up with a list of all your pages. Click on the blue link that says "Settings"
3. You will see two boxes that say "Menu Text" and "Hover Text". Menu text is the name that appears in the navigation of your site. Hover text is the text that pops up when someone moves their mouse pointer to one of the tabs in your navigation. Type in your desired text in those two boxes.
4. Click "OK" and your menu will be updated with the changes you made.

Was away and could not reply. Thank you for advising on this and fixing pages. There is one hiccup tho, and that is the DHTML menus as top just will not work in those two pages, so have done a save as from the index page and then copying the html across for each of the text boxes and graphics. This is the only way for it to work again. Just thought you may like to know that.
thanks again
