All was going well in IE not in FF now I'm having problems with both. In FF, I cant control both font color and underlining. I select green but the font is blue, except the items that are not a link, so link remains blue but unlinked items change color including the underlining, that too is green. I cant get the linked items to change from blue.
On IE, I can control color through out, but I cant control underlining, wether I select undrlining or not, some are and some arent...cant control it one way or another, Help!
Also I found this code provided by littleus in another post but, doesnt seem to be working for me on both.

Sorry Rizan that you are having these problems. I sometimes have the color of my links change in the sitebuilder but the published pages aren't affected. Is the text on your site: food4memories the one you are have problems with?

I havent updated the site, Its on site builder and preview page. The problem just started again today. I had gotten into the habit of font size, color and underlining in IE because I found FF impossible to work with on this issue. Now I dont know what to do. Thanks,

Will you show me either a screen shot or the preview page url so I can see what's going on?

Help, having underlining issues again, cant control them. Cant get rid of it where I want, cant chage its color and in another page cant place it. These problems had seemed to go away but, they are back again. Also in site builder font shows as black but in preview shows green (which is what I want) Whats going on again? Thanks.

Hi Rizan

Since the new upgrade, there may have been some bugs introduced. Yola has sinced fixed these bugs. However, there may have been a few sites that might have been missed. Yours might be one of them.

What template are you using? Also.. have you tried clearing your cache and then re-logging back in?

Can you post your url again so that I can take a look at what might be happening?

Tastelessly. Here are two pages Little....(wheres the US :o) )

http://www.food4memories.com/ see jambalaya, cant change red line to green, cant even delete in this page.

This page, http://www.food4memories.com/internat... has 3 areas under "main" that I cant put the underline. And if I decide to just remove all undrline works for some not for all.....

Thanks Little us........

Hi Rizan

Okay... I copied that section that you were having trouble with into my test site. I pasted it into the HTML of my text widget. Then, I came out of the HTML.

Soo... now I'm on the text widget. All I did was highlight the jambalaya part and then clicked on the button "U" for underline. It removed the red underline.

Then, on your other page, I did the same thing. I just highlighted the words that didn't have the underline and clicked on the "u" button. Then, it showed up fine in the preview.

How are you adding your text? Through your text editor or through HTML?
Can you try doing what I did and see if that makes any difference?

Look at my test site to see the example: http://littleustestsite.yolasite.com/

Hi, Im entering this on a text widget, actually the widget already exists (very old) , I just add to it as I add recipes. I never add text on HTML

Sorry Little but, I dont know what "I pasted it into the HTML of my text widget. Then, I came out of the HTML. " even means!
One would think that if I click on U that would control that function. Why HTML and such?

I cleared cache from both ff and ie, still cant fix it.

Sorry Rizan to confuse you. Don't worry about that part.. I was just explaining all the steps I did but it's not really relevant to you.

So.. did you try highlighting your phrase and click on the "U"? Did that make any difference?

I'm not sure what to say Rizan. I was able to do this on my site. Do you still have my email address Rizan? Can you contact me? I do have to go to bed now.. but I'd like to help you sort this out tomorrow. You've been extremely patient with this and it's about time we get to the bottom of this!

Hi there Rizan,
I am sorry you are having this problem.
When did you first experience the problem with your text?
We do have a bug with the text editor at the moment that we are working very hard to fix.
I would just like to make sure that you are experiencing it or if your problem could be solved more easily.

Is your text displaying correctly in preview but not in the site builder?

I have been having text issues for sometime (months). I got around this by using IE for TEXT ONLY and FF for PHOTOS ONLY. one works with the other and the other doesnt....... :o(

Text is displaying correctly in "preview" not in sitebuilder. all work in sitebuilder is black and green in preview, green is the correct color.

Now the underline is impossible cant add where I want, cant delete, cant change color.....this tonight is driving me nuts! I have no control it seems in the underline option.

Thanks Jeremy.

Hi there Rizan,
Unfortunately it does sound like you have the bug. Our engineers are working very hard for a fix on this one and we are hoping to implement it soon.
We shall let you know as soon as we have fixed the problem.

Please note that it doesn't affect your published site - this should still be displaying correctly. It is only in your site builder that you will see a discrepancy.

A bug....good to know Jeremy :o) . I have just republished my site after my changes and you will see that in http://www.food4memories.com/internat... under Cajun Jambalaya the underline isnt showing. I was however able to fix 2 other areas. This one I still cant get around. Thanks Jeremy please let me know when the fix has been put in place. Much appreciated!

Btw, do you think I may have less problems with another format, if so which? Thanks.
