URGENT Getting Charged but silver package not active

Help please, I have had Yola silver and online store for a year or so, and have renewed my subscription when asked in july. I have been paying and am continuing to pay via paypal for this. However, My account says I am a free user, and should upgrade to silver, I cannot publish the site to facebook, and it says my online store is disabled. I am paying services that I simply dont have, Please can someone help me, as I have contacted support, but as the records show i am not a silver subscriber it may take up to 48 hours, where I should be getting premium support as a silver subscriber.

I have checked my paypal account and payments have been made successfully
