HELP, I can't access my email!

I can't access my email, I enter my email (eric@idowindows.biz) and my password, even changed the password but it continues to flag as invalis credentials. What am I doing wrong?

Hello April

It appears that your Yola Mail mailbox has expired and this is the reason you are unable to access your mailbox. Your domain and Yola Mail are linked and should be renewed at the same time. I have reviewed your domain renewal payment and your Yola Mail mailbox was not renewed which is the reason it has expired.

If you could purchase a new mailbox, then our engineers will add the registration period to your existing mailbox and reinstate it for you.

To purchase a new mailbox please follow these steps:
  1. Go to your Yola Mail page after logging into your Yola account.

  2. Click on "Get an additional mailbox".

  3. Follow the steps to purchase a new mailbox (as per the original steps on activating Yola Mail).

Please let me know when this has been done and I will send your case onto our engineers to action.

I have set up a new email, I am still unable to access it. When I try to log in it tells me " Authentication failed. Invalid credentials " I just set it up, I wrote down the information. If it is new and paid in full why am I unable to log in?

When I checked your account, I noticed that your Bronze hosting package has expired. Please note that you will need a hosting package to run your custom domain and Yola Mail. I'd suggest to renew your Bronze package soon.
