HELP! I CAN'T ACCESS MY OWN ACCOUNT!

Dear Yola Support Representative,
I am kind of panicing right now, because I can not seem to bring up my website to
edit it or add new photos. I made the mistake of trying to help my friend build a new
free website for her own business on Yola a couple of months ago. Because of that,
I have messed up my own access to my own website. My website domain name is
yvonnescustommurals.com. It should take you to MY business website - Mural, Mural On The Wall, Inc. I created it on Yola. I have always been able to access it for updating
or for editing, etc. until now. Just because I attempted to build a website for my friend,
now all I see is a page regarding her business, Krenson Pool Service, Inc., asking if I want to claim the url, etc., and telling me that it is not published to the web. I found that I
had some problems when her business became linked to my own account. So I stopped
even trying to complete creating a site for her. How can I completely DELETE Krenson Pool Service, Inc. from my account? I don't know how to undo the efforts made so far. It is very important that I preserve and keep my own website (yvonnescustommurals.com).
I'd probably have a heart attack if that site were lost, since I have put so many many hours of work into it, and it has been published to the web for a long time. How can I get back to being able to edit my own site? I can't seem to access it any longer? Please
help. Also, I am trying to remember if I ever upgraded my site to Silver status. I recall that I had planned to do so, but don't remember if I ever did. Could you please check on this for me? Once I am cleared of Krenson Pool Service, I will try to show my friend how she can open her own account from her own computer. I thought that I could design her site for her, and then set up her own email and password just for her, but I see that it just gets mixed up with my own account. Thank you so much for helping me in this matter.
Can you delete Krenson Pool Service, Inc. from my account for me? But please keep
my website (yvonnescustommurals.com) safe and intact? Your help is greately appreciated. And thank you so much for letting me build my website with Yola.

Hi Yvonne,

First I want to assure you that your website is totally fine and published to the web. I have attached a screenshot I took of it just now for your reference.

I do see that a website titled Krenson Pool Service, Inc. had been created in your account but the site has already been deleted.

When I log into your Sitebuilder, your site is the only one I see in the website selection drop down menu so I am at a bit of a loss as to what you are experiencing. Is it possible you are trying to access a secondary account?

For future reference, creating a separate account is what we would suggest for you and your friend moving forward for them to continue on their pool service website.

Thank you so much for your reply. It just turned out that shortly after I wrote to you I found a phone number through which I reached your customer service department. The person I spoke to was very helpful, and showed me how to delete the odd website in question. That is why you could not find it when you tried to help me. Sorry for the trouble. I mentioned that I was considering upgrading to Yola Gold, and he suggested that he would send me a discount offer by email. I have been looking for it, but it has not yet been sent. Would certainly look forward to that offer, but I think that he may have forgotten to send it to me. It is not in my junk folder. Any chance you could check on that? Thanks a million!
