As a cat person for nearly 4 decades all I can say is that I don't see how any Vet who does this surgery can sleep at night... I think that you should be commended for your love of our feline friends.

So I had an extra hour and I love a good kitty cause... ;)

If you like them to save the full sized version you need to click on the image that you like and then save the enlarged image. The last one is the exact dimensions of your style's banner... ;)

Gonna go pet a cross eyed albino cat with 5 breaks of her tail that somebody threw out and we adopted now. ;)

Happy site building
Ed

@An OnymousAmputies you are welcome and I hope that you use them to get your cause's point across and that they bring your site a professionalism that it deserves. I can't wait to see what they look like on your site...

Thanks Kimberly that is always nice to hear... ;)

While a sad little kitty licking her bandaged and bloodied paws might seem over the top to some for shock value and to get the cause's point across in an instant I thought that it needed to be that way. A one glance logo which says and shows what the site is about.

Sad that the forum hid the final version from view and the purple ones that were my rough drafts are all that is shown.

While I like them all the last would be my favorite...

You can't imagine how many versions that I went through. Literally hundreds of renditions to get it just right. I think that when I deleted the folder when I was done it was nearly 500MB worth of images. Sad to see a few days work deleted...

I purposely made many different versions so that they could be used throughout the site in different forms, in literature and brochures as well as large enough to be on a tee-shirt and or bumper stickers.

Glad that you like them so much and that I can amaze someone... ;)

As a fellow artist, I greatly appreciate the effort and time that went into your logos. I hope that my site will be able to do them the justice they deserve! Thank you again!

How would you like me to give you credit for your work on the site? Every good worker deserves a pat on the back every now and then! Pat! Pat!

Glad that they will be used to as they were intended... To make people really do a double take and think again as to ever put a kitty through that.

Can't wait to see how you use them on your site.

My back link code is here.

THANK YOU EVERYONE! That is great! You have added such wonder personality to my sight. I just may use that temporarily. I am in the process (albeit very slowly) of creating a Champions for Cats. When he is finished, I am going to have a "Name That Bean" contest to help decide his name. Keep in touch with Save Our Paws' website for further updates.

Thanks again for the great graphics! As soon as I can, I will add then to the site. :D

I just took a look at your site and noticed that you added a tear to the sad kitty... Great minds think alike as I had a version with a tear as well but didn't include it because I felt that the paws and licking tongue were enough to show sadness. As you added yours I see that you want the added effect from the tear so here is the one that I did as well. I outlined the tear in black to make it fit in with the black outline of the logo and added a gradient to the blue to make it stand out more against the kitty.

Then there was the other similarity... You included some heart wrenching text and I also did one with a thought bubble saying "Don't they know how much it hurts me?" I wasn't so sure that you wanted anything but an image thus was why I didn't display it. I added "Mommy please make the pain stop" after seeing yours though. ;)

Glad that I didn't clear my computer's garbage can last week as I wouldn't have them now to show you...

The forum enlarged and made them all blurry so just click on the images to see them in their original size to save them.

If the image is placed on the left side of the screen or centered:

If the image is placed on the right side of the screen:

I added the right side of the screen image because it always looks better when the back of the side facing character has his/her back towards the closest screen edge. Left side of the screen with a right facing image or right side right of the screen with a left facing image. Just a feng shui thing I guess.

Lastly, after seeing yours I made this last image to copy your "Mommy don't you love me anymore?" text but use the same font as in the images above. It is the same width as the images above so if you place it under one of the images with the thought bubbles it will fit in nicely together.

Cheers...

THANK YOU! I love what you have done!

I have been thinking about you lately, but have no idea how to reach you. I love your artwork, but unfortunately, my style and CGI knowledge is very different from yours.

I have been thinking about creating a champion for these cats, someone like Puss in Boots. I contacted DreamWorks, but they are stingy. My letter and their reply is on my Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/#!/note.php?n.... I haven't slowed down long enough to spend the time I need to make this happen.

Help!

I just tried to add the logo to my site (with tear) and it is too small to really see. If I enlarge it, it is fuzzy and distorted. What should I do? Your help is tremendously appreciated!

Did you save the image above OR did you click on the image above to see the larger version that is sized according to your banner resolution and then save? Save this version and upload it to your banner as it is the original.

https://s3.amazonaws.com/satisfaction...

It should look identical to the link above on your site. While the tear is smaller and not as pronounce as the larger images it still is very much noticeable.

Make sure that you don't edit the image, enlarge or reduce as it will make it fuzzy and distorted. If you want it left justified I believe that you can simply drag the image off center until the logo is where you want it in the editor.

I am SOOOO computer inadequate at times! Thanks for telling me about opening up the picture before saving. That is what has been wrong with all of them! I guess the grey hairs are clogging my brain! LOL!

Hi
Ed's original image was a png file, probably transparent. I think what's happened is you've cropped it and saved it as jpg and its affected the background. Simply download the image again, resize and save as png.

Thanks David... Yes you are right. The image was cropped and centered in the banner editor and it defaulted the save to JPG which lost the PNG transparency.
