Help - my domain has expired

My domain expired on the 10th August, and I only found out yesterday. It is registered with yourselves and I haven't had any reminders or emails (however I do think the email I registered with isn't used anymore), but I was only on my site updating information last week you'd think there would be some sort of redflag warning me my domain had expired! Can you tell me what I need to do now please, do I just wait for it to become available again or is there something else I can do to get it moving.

I sent an email to the site yesterday, but I am still to get a response.

May thanks

Hi Finishing Touches

We would like to help but I need your domain name or email address to locate your account. If you sent an email someone will respond as soon as possible. However, if I knew how to look it up I could try to speed things up.

Please post your domain name. Alternatively we will try to locate your email and reply as soon as we can.

Hello Tracey

Your domain expired on the 10 Aug 2013, and if you would like to renew it, we would be happy to work with our domain registration partner to restore it. You will be charged a 1 year renewal fee of £6.95, and we would need to bill the renewal fee to your stored credit card.

Unfortunately we are unable to bill a PayPal account separately, and if you do not have a stored credit card on your account, please feel free to add one by following these steps:
  1. Log in to My Yola.

  2. Hover your cursor over your email address (located at the top of the page).

  3. Click "Payment Methods" on the drop-down menu.

  4. Click on the blue "Add new payment method" box in the top right corner.

  5. Fill in the required fields.

  6. Click "Save payment method".

Please let us know if you are comfortable with this charge, and we will proceed with renewing your domain.

That is fantastic - thank you so much.

I've added my payment details and I'm happy with the charge - can you let me know once it's sorted

Hi Tracey,

Your domain has been renewed for 1 year and I have emailed you the confirmation. If you are unable to see your site online please give it 24 hours as it can take this time for the renewal to propagate across the internet.

Thanks!

Thank you so much for your praise, Tracey, we really appreciate it! Your domain subscription will be on auto-renewal in future, so that it won't expire inadvertently again. Let me know if we can assist you with more.
