HELP, my email is no longer working

my email has stopped working. I run a data base that sends a couple of dozen emails a day to different people when they get booked, but at some time over the last week it has stopped working, i keep getting this message from the database when it fails to send an email: Transaction failed. The server response was: 5.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Access denied
