Hi Francie

It seems that you put on a password. If you take off your password, then people should have access. You can do this by going into your site manager which is the first tab you see. At the bottom of the page, you'll see "Site Password Protection" - click on that. Then, unclick the arrows you see to unlock your site. It should say "public" not "password protected"

Let me know if you still have problems.

Hi Francie,

Littleus is correct. It seems that you have placed password protection on your site. If this was intentional, then people will need a username and password to access your site.

If you did not mean to add password protection, then you can remove it by following littleus' instructions.

Don't forget to click on the yellow "Update My Site" button after you have made any changes so that they will be applied to your live site.
