Help needed loading an animated banner

I have created an transitioning banner and loaded it into the banner area. It's a .gif file format. It appears to be picking up the transitions but very quickly and only does it once and stops. I set the timing to slow and a continuous loop from the program I created it in. Is this the proper way to load a file like this? I don't see any other options? Thanks

Hello Susan

Is it not working when you upload it to Yola and then put it into the banner area? Is it not animating or something?

Can you provide your website's URL so I can take a look? (If published)

We look forward to getting this problem solved.

Hello Susan,
I also did see your email to and I have referred the question to our HTML team so if you and Nathan do not work it out here they can come and take a look as well.

Kind Regards,

Hi Susan

The way you have described creating your banner with the timings, is correct. I have tested the banner and it is rotating in your website.

To view the banner, click on Preview and you will see that is is repeating. It is possible that it only plays one round in the Sitebuilder. However, if you view it in Preview, you will see that it continues.

Hope this helps!

Thank you

Hello David

I have checked the files in your Yola File Manager, but I wasn't able to find a .gif animated file. Have you removed it in the meantime? Please upload it again for me to be able to check. You can upload it directly from your File Manager without having to add it to your website for now. Thanks.
