help needed with the new BETA online store

I have lots of questions about the new BETA online store. How do I get help since there are no help buttons. One question is why I can not paste in the information I need instead of typing everything from my existing site. If there is a tutorial for the NEW webstore I would appreciate knowing how to access it.

I will go to the tutorials and see if Ican get my other questions answered. As you can tell I am computer challenged but usually I am not as frustrated.
By pasting I mean copy and paste, it will not allow it, so I need to type in all my info all over again rather than being able to copy and paste. This not only is aggravating but is time consuming.

Hi ellen,

To Copy using key-board it's CTRL+C to Paste it's CTRL+V. Which means hold down your Ctrl Key while clicking the C or the V.
These keyboard commands should do it.

Bless you ( hope you don't take offense- none intended). That will help me immensely, as you can tell I am not techno savvy but keep trying and folks like you are wonderful to help me learn.
I will probably be back with equally lame questions. But I learned a long time ago, if you don't ask you don't learn.

Gop has been wonderfully thorough in his reply, but I also wanted to chime in to let you know that we are committed to helping you find your way through the new online store set up and excited to assist you in any way possible.

I'm also curious about what you refer to when you say you can't paste. Is this across all fields in the store set up? Are you using key board shortcuts or right clicking your mouse? Any additional information you can provide is appreciated.

Yes it is anywhere on the site, whenever I try to move data. According to the error message it says my browser will not allow it. No clue why not. I copy and paste all the time with no problems.

By pasting I mean copy and paste to move typed data from one place to another without having to recreate it., it will not allow it, so I need to type in all my info all over again rather than being able to copy and paste. This not only is aggravating but is time consuming.
By the way I am using my mouse I do not know what keyboard shortcuts are.
