Help please! I'm confused, stressed and don't know what I should do!

When I tried to look at my webpage it said "This website is not available" So I went to and tried to sign into my account. It would NOT let me sign in so I figured that I should change my password so I did and I tried to log in once again it did not let me sign in and I'm positive that I am using the correct email adress. Help please I have no idea what to do!

Hi Lexxie,

I am sure that a Yola employee will respond very soon. There are some simple steps to take which can solve some issues relating to logging in.

Could you try:

- Clearing your cache:

- Tell us which browser you are using - try using Firefox 3.6 if you are not already.

- Try on another computer - sometimes it can be an ISP or computer related issue - it may also be helpful to tell us which Security Software you use - this could also be the cause of it.

I would just like to tell you not to worry - this things happen to the best of us, and in the majority of cases there is a very simple cause that passes over time - whether an hour, a day or a week. I know that the Yola employee's will respond soon to this thread.

Have you also send an email to Yola Support? - raise this issue there and you'll get some assistance there.
