Several weeks ago Yola updated their Website program. Prior to that I could make changes to our corporate Website without problems using our computer running Windows XP, but our computer running with the Windows Vista program caused spacing problems (would add additional lines between paragraph spacing separations, etc.

After said Yola program change, I had some problems occur with the Windows XP computer (would not delete extra lines or spaces between paragraph, etc.), but the Windows Vista problems all disappeared and Vista is now the preferred program for us when making changes to our Website.

The more important problem that occurred (when Yola made their operational program changes) was the deletion of all graphics within our entire Website. Every graphic simply dissappeared and I do not know how to put them back.

Please go to our HOME PAGE and scroll down near the end of our large HOME page to find two separate graphics location boxes with nothing in them. Can you help me understand how to reinstall the two graphics (pictures)? I have tried to accomplish this but have not been successful with this project. Unfortunately, I am so busy working 90 to 110 hours per week that I have been unable to take time to make numerous attempts at restoring the missing graphics throughout our Website (the HOME page graphics are the most important ones to reinstall).

Does your computer server database retain any of the older versions of our Website? Could you use that older data to reinstall our two picture graphics on our HOME page? .

Thank you for your kind consideration,

Lon Willoughby, founder and president of ABC's of Health, Inc.

I am really sorry to hear you are having this problem. I have taken a look at some of the pages of your site and do see graphics on them. Can you tell me a few of the pages where there should be graphics showing up but they are not. We can then have a look at the published page as well as the files themselves in the File Manager to see what the problem might be. Thank you for working with us on this.

Kind Regards,
