Hi, Today I started to make a website for my girlfriend who is a photography student and needs a portfolio website for her course. I spent hours on it then tried to add a fourth page and was told I have to pay to get more pages. Ive used Yola several times and never seen this before and am a little confused. Ive looked on your website and there is no mention of limits to free users that I can see, in fact the opposite. I was wondering if this limit has been put on me because I have made a couple of websites for friends on yola before (one who is now paying for a sub and one that will be shortly) I made their websites at no charge because they are friends and I recommended yola as I am very happy with your service. I was wondering if maybe this limit has been put on me because of me logging on with their accounts to create their websites for them (which once made they take over) I realize that doing this may have flagged me as possibly abusing your service, when actually Im introducing new people to yola and adding to your business. I really hope that its just a mistake and the hours I spent on my girlfriends website today wasnt wasted. Another factor is that I live in the UK and my GF lives in the US and created her account there, then I logged on here to create it for her, this too may have appeared to be suspicious and led to me being flagged. Or maybe youve just changed how yola works now. Any advice or help would be gratefully received, thanks for taking the time to read this, appreciated, all the best Tim.

Hi Tim,

No you wouldn't have been flagged for these good works :)

Yola have put a limit on free accounts of three pages since the end of October 2012.

Hi Tim

Gop is correct. However, the limit is lifted on all paid accounts. We really appreciate you building sites for others and actually encourage this for the reasons you point out. My recommendation would be that your girlfriend upgrade to one of our paid packages to take advantage of all our premium features including unlimited pages. If this is something she is interested in, drop us an email and we will work out an awesome Valentine's Day special for you!
