Hello,

When looking at your site, I am seeing the header where it should be placed. When looking at the Yola Style Gallery, you will see that the Flower Shop template appears as follows:

which looks the same as what I see on your site:

Please help us to understand what the error is that you are seeing on your end, we'll be glad to help!

This is what I get from FF, Chrome and IE

This seems to be a code conflict with one of your HTML widgets on your site.

Something is pushing down your banner and it would seem to reason that it is the custom menu as it has a ton of settings that could easily throw off your margins.

Personally, I would try another menu because even if you fix it in one browser you might run into problems with another down the road just because of that code interaction.

If you don't want to try another menu to resolve the added white space between the banner and the top of the browser you can try one of the following,

If you have Yola silver you can paste the code below into the CSS overrides. (Ensure that you have no tick in the "Disable site CSS overrides"

div#sys_banner { height:180px;
position:relative;
top:-135px;
}

OR

If you don't have Yola silver paste the following into an HTML widget on each page of your site which is affected.

<style type="text/css">
div#sys_banner { height:180px;
position:relative;
top:-135px;
}
</style>

Adjust the "top:-135px;" variable with a negative value to achieve your desired placement.

If this does not work to pull up your banner I would recommend another custom menu. What is wrong with the style's built in menu?

Happy site building
Ed
