I need step by step directions for creating a custom menu. Giving me the link to doing so isn't good enough. I've looked at dynamic drive and html basix and it doesn't show you how to customize it to fit your site (menu, contact info, etc.)... plus, I've attempted to do what I THINK it's telling me to do and two times it has broken my page.

Thanks for the site, I understand most of it but how do I get these menu buttons onto my website? How do I place them where I want them?

Hi Sherry

You'll need to copy the HTML code and paste into an HTML widget and place this where you'd like. Please let us know if you need further help. =)

It looks simple and nice. I would shorten the box though. I think it's too wide. Have it fit around the longest word you have, then make the other boxes the same width. Then, I would center your text in the box. I look forward to see your creativity come into play with this new site.

i would remove the word menu from the top, or makit it stand out from everything else like a bigger bolder border,

i also want to know, do you intend to make the entire box a link, or just the text,

I've been using some different menus that maybe you could use.

The simplest one is at http://www.godsgr8outdoors.info/ They are centered and change colors when mouse over.

The second is at http://www.loydsworld.com/sporting-go... and uses two type of menu. The top one is a mouse-over and click. The white column is same as above one.

the third is at http://www.shoppealot.com/ which has only has been sent up in "appliances" and "automotive ". Still being worked on.

With what your doing the http://www.godsgr8outdoors.info/ might work best for you.

Hey Papa!

I see you got your menu all sorted out on your shoppealot.com site. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to assist you with that. It looks great! What did you end up doing to make it work?

Don't be sorry that you couldn't assist as I'm thankful that you took some time to look and reply. Thank You.
If all else fails start over. Couldn't get transparency issue to work. I took a combination of about 3 or 4 different codes and put together. The first four boxes are one code, the bottom box is another code and the rest in the middle I use two other combination of codes.

Thanks for trying
