Help with my window title

My window title (the very top of the browser and tab) is as follows:

Name of Article or Page - You Can Never Be Too Smart - YOUR Free Online Encyclopedia

This has been suggested in the past that it is too long and can deduct points from google indexing my site (not sure how true this is) but since I've decided to include YOUR Free Online Encyclopedia in my banner, should I take it off of my window titles?

If you are aware whether or not this can harm your indexing at all (the fact that it's too long) please give your input on that also.

i would keep the long wondow title,

when your site is googled your sites title (at the top of your browser) is the link,
the bigger the title the biger the link, well, thats what ive found out anyway,

its up to you realy,

stay or go
well,

i would say, keep it.

but that's not going to harm my ranking will it? Some source (i think it might have been website grader) indicated the window title should be less than so many characters in length or could harm your ranking.
