Help with postage on shop

Hi, I have a couple of websites with Yola. One if purely for information but the other is an online shop. We were hoping to go live today as this is our new business. I have contacted Yola by email for help as we are having difficulties with the postage rates but we are still awaiting help. We are based in the UK, but when trying to sort out the postage, it states that we are in Australia and I can't change it. Is there anyone who can help me please? Are there other people who have an online shop in the UK? We do pay the monthly fee for an online shop and we have Yola Gold.
