Here are some ways to manipulate your photos and text...

Place a "2 column" widget on your page, and place an image into one side, and text in the other. Repeat to continue down the page.

(Use the "image" icon on the side tool bar to place an image in the 2 column widget)

Click and hold mouse button on the center bar in 2 column widget, and drag it left or right to re-size the columns, and center your photos as needed.
After you place a photo, look for the little red square. Click and hold and drag to re-size it.

Once you have an image in place, click "properties" on the right, then click an image and you can set "position" to the right, center or left (within the widget it's in, not the page) again, drag the center bar for even more control.

"Margin" can also be used to adjust the space on all 4 sides of the image, within the widget.

You can also place another 2 column widget into one side, or both sides, or place a third inside of the second... or various combos to fit your needs.

You can use a text widget with no text in it to create blank space above and below the photos. Just place a text widget, click to enter text, but don't type anything, just save it empty, or hit "enter on your keyboard to make a bigger empty space.

Being as you are placing the images in a text widget, you can also hit enter a few times under or above the photo to make blank space. (To get space above, hit enter first, leave the cursor there and then place the image under it.)

The same can be done to text to manipulate it to be where you want it.

Save often, and look at the page in "preview" to make adjustments

If you look at my "links" page you can see the end result. That page has about 18 different text, 2 column, and 2 column within 2 column widgets, empty text widgets and image widgets to get the placement you see.

If you play with it a little, it will make sense.

For a custom banner, you'll need to use a design program like Photoshop, or look on the web for "custom banner makers". Save as a jpeg and upload it to the file manager to place it on the page. Only some page styles allow for a custom banner, so choose accordingly. Images can be found online also - search for "free images and photos" You should be able to click, hold and drag the image to your desktop, (reduce the size of the site-maker so you have some free desktop space showing) then load it into your design program.

If this helps you accomplish what you want, please mark this reply as helpful. Thanks.

Synthasite no longer allows the files needed for flshow to be loaded into the file manager. Mine was created before the restriction. There is a similar carousel on flickr that you can use. http://www.flickr.com/

Hey Surferdude! I'm always well, thanks for asking.
I just realised where you got the inspiration for your slideshow.
You apparently drink galons of the stuff "the morning after" ;-)

That's way cool the way it's black and white, but changes to color when you hover... Never seen that before, but I do go through gallons - sometimes during! Try gatorade "mango electrico" with parrot bay mango rum - It's awesome! If you want to really go all out, put it in a blender with some ice and fresh mango slices...Yummy and no hang over! The worst part of the next day is generally dehydration - this beats it from the start.

KIDS: Don't try this at home... I'm a trained professional with years of practice.

I Havn't seen Gatorade in the stores over here, but I do remember the stuff
from one my few business trips to the States. I'll have to omit that from your recipe and just have the rum on the rocks. Nice to here you still drinking so much ;-) I'm on dehydrated water at the moment !!

maybe we should get a distributorship? As far as the drinking... we all have to do our part in supporting the economy! Dehydrated waster, huh? Sounds about as refreshing as non-alcoholic free beer. Want some jumbo shrimp to go with that?
