Help!! Yola Mail is not Letting Me Send an Email!

When I click "send" on a completed email, this is what happens: "Please validate your information and try your request again".

Hi Michele,

First of all, you have a beautiful website! May I ask if you are receiving that error using a mail client such as Outlook, or are you receiving it while using your phone?

If so, please ensure that your email settings are correct in your email client:

General:

Name: Your name
Address: mailbox@yourdomain.com
Password: Your password
Description: Description for your mailbox

Incoming Mail Server:

Host name: mail.yourdomain.com
User name: mailbox@yourdomain.com
Password: Your password

Outgoing Mail Server:

Host name: mail.yourdomain.com
User name: mailbox@yourdomain.com
Password: Your password

If your settings are correct and you are experiencing a problem with outgoing mail with your external email account, please try switching the SMTP port setting to 587 or 8025.

Some service providers block port 25 for security reasons.

Also please ensure that the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" checkbox is checked.
