I've never used the app before but will gladly look into it, may I ask what is the email address you used?

Hi Kayla,

This is actually an issue on the client side, i.e. your computer. If you (or your site visitors) do not have an email client configured to open up when you click on email links you (and they) will receive that message. For example my email client is set so that when I click an email link a browser window opens up to my gmail account and the email address is automatically inserted in the "To" field.

Oh dear! Sorry for cutting in, you looked to have it under control but thought I could provide a snapshot of the problem.
