I am using jotform for people to use to subscribe to my site. It comes with a Thank-you page re-direct to a page on my site. Now... if the person wants to unsubscribe to my site... I don't want them to be redirected to my "Thank you" page. I want them instead to be redirected to a "I'm sorry to see you go" How can I set this up? I only copied part of the code that pertained to this matter which is below:

< input type="radio" class="other" name="q26_" id="q26_0" value="Subscribe" onblur="validate(this,'Required')" / >
< label class="left" >Subscribe < br / >
< input type="radio" class="other" name="q26_" id="q26_1" value="Unsubscribe" onblur="validate(this,'Required')" / >
< label class="left">Unsubscribe < br / >
< /td >
< /tr >
< tr >
< td width="150" class="left" >

< /td >
< td class="right" >
< input type="submit" class="btn" value="Submit" / >
< /td >
< /tr >
< /table >
< /div >
< /div >
< /form >
< /td >
< td class="midright" width="10" >
< /tr >
< tr >
< td class="bottomleft" width="10" height="10" > < /td >
< td class="bottommid" > < /td >
< td class="bottomright" width="10" height="10" > < /td >
< /tr >
< /table >
< script type="text/javascript" >
validate("q_form_90851524143");
< /script >

Hi Littleus

I am not a Jotform user and the coding trick you are looking for is also way beyond my expertise. So maybe I am not the expert you are looking for here.

If you are willing to be bear with me I could do some research and get back to you, but I can't make any promises that I will come up with the answer you need.

What sort of time frame do you need an answer by here?

Hi Connor

With Jotform.. there are no links back to their site or pop-up ads. It's really great. You can customize it too. With a bit of html, you can really make the form yours.
