Hi Margaret,

I had a look at all five of your URLs and none of them have a #symbol at the end. Can you please tell me which URL you are referring to? Can you post a screenshot?

Hi Margaret,
Hmm, can you tell me where you are finding that link. If I remove the # I still get to your site, but if I put it there I get to your site as well: http://www.itchyrashcure.com/. If you can tell me where you are seeing that I will take a closer look.

Hi Margaret,

How are you?

Chances are that link just picked up the # - its is right next to enter on the keyboard - i often do it my self.

The # after a URL is just used for in page anchor links...
example, i have anchor links on this page:

http://hexham.info/business
or
http://hexham.info/business#a31
or
http://hexham.info/business#a16

see, it takes you to a different part of the page.

So basically its nothing to worry about.
