I am unable to upload any of the files, and my all softwares are upto date, set least security levels but am unable to upload files, pls help me swiftly

Please could you let us know the following please:

- Browser (i.e. Internet Explorer 8 or Firefox 3.6) [Try using Firefox 3.6 as this is the most supported browser for Yola]

- Flash Version (i.e. 11) [Make sure that this is the most upto date version as uploading will not work without it]

- What File type you are trying to upload (i.e. .html or .css or .jpg or .doc) [Some file types are not allowed to be uploaded.]

- Yola Free or Yola Silver user.

We should then be able to assist you.

Also, you should send an email to: support@yola.com and explain your situation there.

Hello amrut.bmw,

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to upload your files. Can you please try clearing the cache in your browser. I would also suggest trying a different browser to see if that helps.

Please let us know how this goes.
