This is an issue I already reported few month ago. And it is still the same.
When I link some word and then highlight it, linking disapears. I thought it was just one of my webistes or that particular computer, so I have checked others. And still get the same.

Another problem I have in last months is that when I move the coursor with the mouse over the screen, it highlights whole sectors of text - on its own.

That is why I still haven't gone Silver.

But I don't know how it can help. By the way, it is in Polish. Generally, before - when it had been working properly (year ago maybe) I had merchants' names highlighted (they are linked to merchants' websites) and words "Kupuj" ("buy" in Polish) and "tutaj" ("here"). Now you can see that some of them are still highlighted - they had been done before, they are older - and some of them are not. They are newer.
Additionally - would you be able to do something with that annoying feature, which changes linked words' colour to red? I have to change it back later and sometimes it doesn't work.

Your last advice, few months ago, was to do something within html. But first of all I am not html expert - that is why I am using yola. The other thing is I get lots of links every day, due to the nature of the site, and have no time for such things. It must be quick.
Thank you

Hi,

I don't understand why this would be such a problem. In general, highlighting and linking a text, turns the given selection to a blue color. Once this is done, save the page, go back to the linked text, highlight it again and change the color. You will see that the underlining remains blue but the text changed color and STILL works (clickable) when tested. I know we had someone with the same problem a few days ago and we had it sorted in no time.

Also make sure you try this process in internet explorer (if you are using Mozilla).

I will just double check on the previous case and get back to you.

In my case it changes the colour to red. What for? To let me work more?
This is a problem (however I can live with it) becouse I have to do something unneccessary. I have to do one more thing for unknown reason.

Highlighting text is still the main (not letters' colour) problem becouse it removes linking. And you cannot see that on my website, becouse I couldn't leave something inactive. New links are just not highlighted now.

Hi,

It shouldn't be a problem unless you were trying to change the color to some ridiculous abstract color like white which i know is not the case. Have you tried in Internet Explorer?

I can completely agree that it shouldn't be a problem. But it is. And I am changing to blue. I think it is quite normal colour?

IE? Last time I was adviced to change from IE to Mozilla...

I agree but by standard, i assume it should automatically turn to blue without you manually turning it to blue. I suggested trying this in IE and NOT Mozilla. We can proceed once you have done this.

I have just tried. Works slower, but first two links have gone properly.
Back to old, good Explorer... thank God...

Fantastic ! I am glad your links are back to working now. You will find that Mozilla works one day and the next day it will give you trouble again. Guaranteed Mozilla will function properly again within a few hours. However, always be sure to double check between your browsers ;)

Always here for assistance :)
