Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can make a more than 1 row horizontal Menu.

Sample at http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicin...

The Horizontal Menu are good for a few Items but when you have more that require a second row that's where the fun starts.

Row 1 Item1, Item2, Item3, Item4, Item5
Row 2 Item6, Item7, Item8, Item9, Item10

Hi papa

This menu appears to use drop-down lists.. so having a second row is probably not going to work. Unless you plan on removing the drop-down menu?

If you are, then I may be able to come up with a workable code for you.

Please let me know how you'd like to proceed.

I did come across a site that has a very simple menu maker that I think you could more or less stack using two different html widgets....It is not super fancy but sometimes I think less is better on a shopping site....There are many tools on the page but you can scroll down to Designer Menu Maker

That is a great suggestion! I've used them before too :) I hope papa that you're able to find something that meets your needs.

Thanks Sanja

Thought it might be possible but I've looked at several time and tried different combination and never worked with two rows. I do need to keep the drop down section.

Thought this might work and to be able to use whole page width and be able to enlarge images some. Wanted to have menu more out of way(but easy to get to) See http://www.shoppealots.com/ , Looks good as far as centered but menu only take up small portion of page and when menu stop rest of page look off centered.

I'll keep looking for ideas and options.

Thanks for the response.

Thanks
Papa

Hmm.. one possible idea I have is to use the Switch Menu? I wonder if that would work for you? Here's an example of one: http://yolacodes.yolasite.com/switchmenu This is quite customizable as well.

As you can see it was taken from Dynamic Drive as well :) You can click on the credit to be taken to the page where you can find the code.

Sanja,

I thank you, but I trying to find something in js that would work. With so many page I've been trying Javascript then I can make changes in menu threw the file section and all pages would then be updated at one time verse page by page.

Seems like when ever I get site set up there are new page to add and others pages to delete.

If I can't come up with something I make an adjustment to maybe placing the Vertical Menu in another fashion. Even thought that somewhere I could find something where as the Vertical menu could float with page staying in the same place in the window. Then the bare spot would be filled in.

Thanks Again.
