I used to be able to add a link to an image in the properties tab (next to the widgets tab) but that has changed. when I click "edit" on the actual image, and go into it's properties I can see "change link", but as soon as I click on that Yola freezes and I have to restart it. Is there a way around all this?

Hi ackers.comics

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your image links!

Have you tried to clear the cache in your browser to see if this alleviates the problem?

If it does not, please share your website here so we can take a closer look at why this might be happening on your site.

Thank you!
Nazlie

Hi again, this solution worked for the first image I tried, but now it won't do it any more. I have images on my website: (http://thefamilycrest.yolasite.com/) That work as "next", "previous" "Last" buttons for my archive pages. I want to attach a link to each of these images so I can navigate through my site easily. But every time I go into the image properties and click the "link" button the whole screen goes grey and freezes up! I have to have those links to make my site work.

Can you tell us what browser, browser version and OS you are using? So far we are unable to replicate, but maybe it is a browser related bug.

Hi ackers.comics

We have done extensive testing in different browsers and on Windows and Mac Operating Systems.

We were not able to consistently replicate the problem. In fact, we were not able to replicate it at all on Windows.

I suggest you try the suggestions in the tutorial My site won't load in the Sitebuilder to see if any of the options given helps to resolve your problem.

If it does not, please let us know and we can troubleshoot it further.

Good luck!
Nazlie

Thanks, best I can figure it, it seems to be a problem with Firefox. Seems to work ok now I've switched to Internet Explorer. Hopefully a new version of Firefox will fix it. Thanks for the help.

We couldn't replicate the problem in Firefox at all. I got the blank screen in Chrome once, but then logged out and back in to Yola again and it worked.
Once you have added the link in IE, please see if the problem is resolved in Firefox.
