At the bottom of my page I have an HTML box containing code for "Top of Page". However, as I can't seem to place the second HTML box above my banner, when I click Top of Page I am only taken to below the banner, then have to manually scroll the rest of the way to return to the tabs at the very top of the page.

Hello Vince,

You can probably do this by using a text widget instead of an HTML Widget. Then add your code into the HTML facility of the text widget. After posting the code then if you see the "margin" facility on the blue surround of the text widget you can actually move the text contents anywhere on the screen. Using negative values in the upper position moves the contents up and then you can move it across to where you would like.

Please be careful with this because it can move outside the editable area. I suggest trying it first on a test page and when you have it correctly placed then use those settings for the position on your live page. It's a slightly risky solution.
