Hi there Touleen,
When adding a flickr widget it will automatically fill your lightbox with random photo's. You need to configure it to show your account and you can do this as follows:

1.Click on the properties tab.
2. You will see a field marked "email" - you must fill in your flickr account's log in email.
3. click on "Apply" at the bottom of the column and your photo's will display on your page.

(You can also customize your lightbox using the other fields in the properties sidebar.)

I hope this helps.

Hello Leslie,

This thread is a year old and our Sitebuilder has changed quite a bit since then. If you click on "Edit" on Flickr Widget, you will have access to your settings. In addition, please check the following:

Check your privacy settings with Flickr - if the pictures you want are marked private, they will not show on your site.
Try using a one-word tag and use this same word for all the photos you want to show up in your gallery.
Make sure your pictures are classified as Photos on Flickr and not another category.
Make sure that you have used the email address associated with your Flickr account (if you have more than one email).
Be as specific as possible in your search terms.
Make sure "Hide your profile from public searches" is set to "no".

I hope that helps!

Full instructions for Flickr Lightbox:

1. In the Content sidebar in Yola, open the Photo Gallery folder.
2. Drag and drop a Flickr Lightbox widget onto your page.
3. In the properties sidebar enter your Flickr account email address (usually a Yahoo! address) in the email address field.
4. In the "Photo Count" field, enter the number of images you want to display.
5. In the "Search" field, enter the tags of the photos you want to pull from Flickr (make sure you have added tags to your Flickr photos or you will not get the desired result).
6. Specify how many columns you want for your photo gallery.
7. Click on the Image Size drop down menu to select small square, thumbnail or medium sized images.
8. Finally, choose between a "modern" or "plain" style for your photo gallery images.
9. Click the "Apply" button to update your photo gallery.

Now save and preview your page. You will have a gallery of clickable images. In the top right hand corner of the large view of the images, click the "next" button to view the next image in the gallery. Click the "Close" button when you are finished browsing through your gallery.

Note: If there are privacy settings on your Flickr photos the search will not be successful. The photos need to be publicly available for it to work.

Great information, however, is there a way of loading all pictures from your flicker account instead of being limited to just 30? How about a slideshow?

Hi Tony,

The limitations are controlled by the Flickr API. If there is a limit there then this can't be manipulated through your Yola site.

If you want to set up a third party slide show then there isn't a limitation on the number of images that you can access from your Flickr account.
