Hi FarshidTK,

We're sorry to see you go. If you want to have your domain somewhere else, you'll need to transfer your domain to another host. Here are instructions on transfering your domain name away from Yola: Transfer your domain to a new domain registrar

If you have any other questions, let us know.

Hello FarshidTK,

We also echo Nathan's sentiments and are sorry to hear you want to move on. If you wish to transfer your domain, you will need to keep your account open until you have done this successfully. Please do take a look at the link that Nathan provided for further information.

Once you've successfully transferred away, you can delete your account as outlined here.

FarshidTK,

I don't know what you mean by EPP Code. Could you let me know what your new domain registrar is? To transfer your domain away from Yola, please follow the steps in this article.

Please note: Domain registrars require a mandatory 60-day waiting period between purchase and transfers. This is something beyond our control. If it is less than 60 days since you purchased the domain from Yola, you will be unable to transfer it.

Hope this helps.

An EPP code is an unique key which allows the new host company to transfer your domain to new host company from my previous register.

I'm unsure if there's an EPP code on Yola Domains (there might be, but I don't think you need it to transfer your domain away from Yola).

The steps to transferring your domain away from Yola are in the URL that I linked to above. I don't see any thing about an "EPP code" in that tutorial.

Can you let me know what your new domain name registrar is?

Thanks,
Nathan

Hi FarshidTK,

I understand. To do this, you have to transfer your domain to justhost.com by following the instructions that are provided in the tutorial I linked to above. Are you confused about what transferring does?

I get this message form my new host co.

Sorry, but your domain kiadesign.ca must be registered for more than 60 days to become available for transfer. That is why we cannot transfer it now. Please update this ticket on 2011/09/12 and we will be able to initiate the transfer process. Meantime, you can contact your current registrar and ask them to point your domain to the nameservers which are listed below. In this case you will be able to use our hosting service.

ns1.pipedns.com
ns2.pipedns.com
ns3.pipedns.com

How you can help me Nathan?

Hi FarshidTK,

Domain registrars require a mandatory 60-day waiting period between purchase and transfers. This is standard internet industry practice, and something that is beyond our control. Transferring .ca domains is a slightly different process than transferring other custom domain types:

- Your .ca domain will need to be registered for 65 days before it is eligible for transfer.
- Domain privacy is a feature of all .ca domains, and there is no need to disable your domain's privacy in order to for it to be transferred.

You can definitely point your domain to your new registrar. Here's a tutorial that will take you through the steps of ending your DNS settings to do so: http://www.yola.com/tutorials/article....

I hope this helps!
