How Can I Create A "Booking a Minicab Request" area on my Website

I do have a minicab/taxi business and I have just created a website for it. It still needs a bit of work and was wondering if someone could help me here.

I want to create a "Booking a minicab request" area on my website where people who are interested would be able to go there and just slot in their booking information details of questionnaires that I would create. After which they would be able to send their requests by the click of a button to my email address and I would receive their requests. Does anyone know how to create that on a website or can any member of the Yola team help me to create that area on my website.? Thanks a million

Hello there!

What you require can be done, and quite easily too! All you'd need to do is insert a custom form for users to fill out and send to your email address.

1) In the Yola web builder, you'll notice a sidebar with widget choices. You will see an option labelled 'Forms & Appointments'. Click that and the menu will expand.

Now click and drag the first icon labelled 'Form' onto your webpage.

A dialogue box should appear. Click 'Blank Form'

2) Now you will get a chance to customize your form. Click the 'Add new field' button to add different form elements such as single or multi-line text, checkboxes etc. To add a new element, simply click the one you require.

Single line text is great for users to enter their name and email address, and multi-line text is useful for a message the user may want to add to their submission. Multiple choice can be used to find out exactly what the user requires from a range of options, and checkboxes allows the user to select multiple choices.

3) Once you have completed setting up your form, you need to do one last thing. In the same dialogue box, you will notice in the top left corner a label called 'Settings' Click it. Here you can do two things. Enter the email address you'd like the messages to be sent to. Also, you can customize the confirmation message that is displayed after someone fills out and sends a form.
