I would like for people to click on Shopping Online in my navigation window on my main website and be redirected to my synthasite subdomain site (both sites created by synthasite - main one hosted by godaddy) how can I make this link possible (right now i just put a link to the site shopping online on the page that opens up from the navigation bar) but I would rather have people redirected immediately?????

I hope that was clear because I'm a little slow on the uptake of computer talk

Hi New2me,

You can add some HTML to your page so that it redirects to an another URL. Here's what you need to do:
1. Create a new page with the name of the site you want to link to.
2. Drag and drop a HTML widget onto your page.
3. Paste this tag into the HTML editor:
<!-- <meta htttp-equiv="refresh" content="2; url=http//webdesign.about.com"> -->

"2" is how many seconds it waits before it redirects - you can change this number

"url" is the URL it redirects to, so, replace the URL in the above tag with the one for the site you want to link to.

Please ignore <!-- and -->, they are there to stop the code from being interpreted in this post.

Thank you again - I had found this page (at first I was not asking the question right). I followed the instructions and it worked, although it takes me to the blank page in my website first and then redirects me. When it redirects there was an error message in the information bar at the bottom of the page saying 'done but with errors on the page'. I'm not sure what that means or where the error would be but I will try to understand more when I come back home.

As always thanks for getting back to me in a timely manner!!!
