The list can seem quite daunting, so my suggestion would be to test your site with a screen reader and find out if there are any issues first and take it from there.

Well done for thinking about this! Let us know if you have any particular questions related to your site. I can't guarantee that we will be able to help with all the issues, but there are definitely some obvious things that you can do, such as making sure that you have alt text applied to all your images, and avoiding any audio that plays automatically or that can't be controlled by the user.
