The easiest way is to Save Page As (click on arrow next to Save button). There you can give it a new name, have it on or off your navigation and add password protection.

If your site is already published, leave it off the navigation and password protect it so it doesn't show up on your live site. Then you can work on it until it's ready to have visible. When I did it I save my index page as "HomeDupe," so I could remember what it was. After editing I changed the name to what I wanted and took off the password protection.

If your site's not yet published, there's no need to hide/protect it.

If the pages are already created that you want to move widgets to, the best suggestion I can make is to go into the html and copy then paste it. It'll paste the same exact way from one widget to the next. To make this an easy process, open the sitebuilder in two separate windows or tabs in your browser and have the page with widgets in one tab and the page you're moving them to in another tab.

I find the save page as method very convenient for items displaying on every page such as analytics, google adsense, site searches, etc.
