How can i stop the page navigation titles from shifting along the page? It is ok on the index page, but with each other page, the navgation links shift along the top of the page leaving a big blank space. That is, they are pushed over to one side, and begin to flow onto a second line, leaving empty space on the top left.

Sorry i didn't get back, and I still have the problem. Why do the page names in the Menu box shift to one side and out of the box, down onto a new line, leaving empty spaces? It doesn't do this on every page. I can't see anything in the Menu Edit to explain this variation. The site is freeflow.yolasite

This may be related to the Japanese character set that you are using for two of your menu items. The Asian character sets use two codes per character to show one and I'm wondering if the Yola system is counting these characters as two?

Normally with Roman characters if you go beyond the allowable number it shows this effect. If it is right on the edge of the limit it may very well be variable?

Suggest that you use roman characters and then use a hover over to display the title for those who wish to see this.

Thanks very much for reply. I applied the suggestions Unfortunately this made no difference. There was a hidden page but I deleted this, but to no effect. I wonder is there a limit to the pages even though Page Manager makes no indication of this. I have 8 pages. Possibly can i construct a panel and not use the Menu? How do i get the titles into a panel? But this doesn't answer the question.

Hello Peter,

This suggests some strange coding somewhere in the page and probably in the navigation section?

To use an optional navigation menu would require that your remove the contents out of the displayed menu.

Create a submenu that you then add to all pages with a link to each page within the name.

You can do this with the panel widget offered: add your page names. Create links to the associated page for each name. Repeat this for each page.

Thanks for reply. I couldn't figure this out. maybe it requires an upgrade. Anyway I completely closed the Menu, and opened a Text box and used HTML. Seems OK now. Thanks again.
