How can I upload an XML sitemap and verify site ownership with Google and Bing?

In order to get Google and Bing to crawl your site on demand, it is necessary to upload a sitemap in .XML format and then, in order to be verifies as the site owner either one must add a file to the site or create a new Meta Tag.

I cannot see a way to do either of this things.

Please can someone help ?

on how to verify your site and submit a site map to Google.
At present I don't think Yola provides a method to do the same thing with Bing.
