Hi paul

The unpublished site that you've been working on, have you been saving it? If you haven't, then, this may explain why you keep getting "create a new website".. and unfortunately, will mean that you will need start your site again.

If you have saved it along the way and are having trouble accessing it.. here's a few things you can try:

1. Make sure that you are using your correct log in information.

2. Clear the cache in your browser and then re-log back and see if this makes a difference.

3. Try using a different browser - e.g. IE, Firefox, Safari, etc... Yola works best with Firefox.

4. Make make sure that your cookies are enabled for Yola.

Please let us know if these do not resolve your issues.

Hello there Cherie,

I am sorry you are having this problem.

Would you be able to tell me what your URL is that you are trying to log into?

Many thanks for working with me on this.

Hi Paul,

I'm sure we can find out where your site is. When I look up your details on our system I see that there are two accounts created with your name, both have different login email addresses. One of the accounts does have a published site. If you would like to send an email to support@yola.com and we will be able to assist you further (please include a link to this thread in the email that we can use a reference).
