How do I cancel subscription?

I cannot for the LIFE of me find the location of the "cancel subscription" button..... yet I need it to delete my account..... can someone help me out?

please help me.. i dont want to further my subscriptions.. There is something wrong when i want to cancel my subscriptions.. now it deducted my money on 26 february..please refund it back..i dont want to keep my subscription

I can assure you we do not ignore any support requests. We received your request and you were sent the steps to proceed with to cancel your account. Did you receive the message and follow the link to cancel your account?

And the link you sent though. Isn't taking me to cancel the subscription. It's takes me to open new account, or to log in into my account. And obviously same thing, can't do nothing with it.
You blocked all the ways to cancel renewal. You do it hard in purpose for people not to go away from your useless service. Your website not ranking up in google even in the silver packaging.

Cancelling your subscriptions requires logging into your account for authentification. Have you tried to login at all? After logging in, you will be taken to a special cancellations page where you can view your subscriptions, cancel and comment. This is not to make things difficult for our users, but to ensure that only the real owner of the Yola account cancels subscriptions.

We're not blocking any way to cancel your account with Yola. It's common business practice to request cancellations via e-mail. We'd also like to make sure that you know the consequences of cancelling (such as your website going offline) and to learn about our users' reasons.

Yola Silver does not guarantee to get your website on Google or on any other independent web search service. It is impossible for any provider to guarantee this because the person who runs the website needs to be actively doing things themselves to maintain and improve the SEO performance of their website(s). Yola Gold is our Premium package to assist you with improving your website for search engines because it provides you with the necessary tools to do so. However, it's not an automatic process and needs to be pursued by the website owner regularly in order to achieve satisfying results.

With regard to your cancellation requests, we will be in touch with you via e-mail from tomorrow.

There is actually no way to cancel from Yola's site. All of these people, as with myself, have tried doing it the Yola way, but there is a blockage generated through your pages.

The only way is to do it through both email and customer support page. It helps to cancel the payment method before trying to cancel the account.

Hi,

I received an email informing me that my Yola Silver account will automatically renew. Seeing as I haven't been using the domain, and don't know when I plan to start using it, please can you cancel the auto-renewal for me? I would like to downgrade to the most basic service please i.e. just the retention of the domain name which I believe to be free until 2014-04-15 under the GBBO plan. If you can email me at lesley@muchlovedbaby.co.uk to confirm that this has happened, I'd be very grateful.

The YOLA scam - they get you on sneaky free website turns to little upgrades turns to $90 charges on your credit card 1+ years later that you didn't know were coming. I call this a SCAM. Watch out for charges into the future. You can try cancelling yourself in their secure site but they don't give you the option nor tell you to how to cancel subscription. You have to come to the I've been scammed and I'm pissed off forum. Beware of the YOLA SCAM CHARGES. Above in their official reply it says it is so that you have to be logged in to cancel- but they provide no way to do so- LIARS. SO I'm sending you your email and posting 10+ negative comments on beware of scams sites

As it sounds like an auto-renewal has already taken place on your account, may I ask if you have reached out to us directly? We are committed to making our customers happy even if that includes refunding an unwanted hosting subscription. We'd love a chance to address your concerns but account management does need to happen via direct support both to protect your information and to verify we are working with the true account owner.

I am also trying to delete my subscription-- impossible on the website, which is not a very positive customer experience. I emailed the cancellations@yola.com email. How long until i hear back from someone??
