I have an email account with godaddy. My mx records are still not pointing to them. They told me I have to change my mx records from synthasite to point to them. How do I do that? Frustrated over this!
Hi. Thank you for your reply. I originally had my site over at globat.com, I cancelled a short time after with them and transferred my domain name over to godaddy. I also purchased my email account with them, however for months I have not gotten it to work because the mx records aren't pointing to them. i thought this would be resoved once the domain name was transferred but they told me that I have to go to my hosted site (you) and have my mx records pointing to mx10 mailstore1.secureserver.net and mxo -smtp.secureserver.net. Are you able to help me to get my email to work? Thanks.
