I have an email account with godaddy. My mx records are still not pointing to them. They told me I have to change my mx records from synthasite to point to them. How do I do that? Frustrated over this!

Hi bailey4302

Can you clarify for me whether you bought your domain name from SynthaSite or from GoDaddy?

I will then do my best to advise you further.

Hi. Thank you for your reply. I originally had my site over at globat.com, I cancelled a short time after with them and transferred my domain name over to godaddy. I also purchased my email account with them, however for months I have not gotten it to work because the mx records aren't pointing to them. i thought this would be resoved once the domain name was transferred but they told me that I have to go to my hosted site (you) and have my mx records pointing to mx10 mailstore1.secureserver.net and mxo -smtp.secureserver.net. Are you able to help me to get my email to work? Thanks.

Hi bailey4302 - unfortunately we don't have access to your MX records as we don't host your domain, only your website. You would need to contact the domain registrar's you've mentioned. Sorry we can't be of more help.
