Hello,

To change your login email address on Yola:

1. Log into your account.
2. Click on the link that says "Edit Profile" under the My Sites tab.
3. You will be taken to a page where you can change your email address. Click on "save" once you are done.

You should receive a verification email to your new email address asking you to verify the change. Once you have done this you will be able to log into your account with your new email address.

You can reset your password as follows:

1. Click on the "forgot password" link below the login boxes in the top right hand corner of the Yola homepage or click on this [link](http://www.yola.com/user/forgotpass).
2. Fill in the email you used to create your account.
3. Check your email inbox (and the junkmail folder if you don't receive it.) An email will be sent to you with a link to click on.
4. This link will take you to a page where you can reset your password.

You will then be able to log into your account with your original email address and your new password.

Let me know if you have any trouble with this.

No way can I change my email address. It would be huge to republish and I haven't forgotten my password. It is for security reasons only to fix an editing problem where pictures don't stay where I put them and the text stays with the wrong picture that took the place of the one that is completely gone. Has anyone else had this problem? It has already caused me hours into days of unnecessary work uploading the same images. This is my 2nd website that I've had this problem so maybe I'm doing something wrong. or could it be a phantom?

Hello Melba,

You can certainly change your password. Please see these instructions.

I'd like to take a look at this issue you've described. Would you mind sharing your URL and the page where this is occurring?
