It is possible to change the name of your Yola Mail mailbox. However, please be aware in doing so, your mailbox and its contents will be deleted.
If you wish to proceed, please follow these steps:
1. Login to your Yola account.
2. Ensure you are in My Yola.
3. Click on the 'Yola Mail' tab on the left-hand side.
4. Selected the mailbox you would like to change.
5. Click 'Delete mailbox'.
6. Follow the instructions and enter DELETE into the new field.
7. Click the 'Delete mailbox' button.
