if it is to download a file,

1) upload it to the file manager,

2) click on the image then click on the sidebar,

3) then click "insert Link"

4) then choose the file,

5) save your page,

6) preview it,

7) update Your Site

And Your Done!!

thanks

Hi Shaq,

If you are trying to add a file that people can download from your site then here is the quick way to do it:

  1. Drag and drop a file widget onto your page from the sidebar on the right (the icon for this looks like a computer disk).

  2. A dialog box will open and you can choose to browse your computer for the file you want to upload or choose an already uploaded image.

  3. When you click "OK" a link to your file will automatically be created. To test that it is working, save and preview your page.

Is this what you were wanting to know?

Shaq...
How did you add the button to your page? Are you adding the button image in a text widget? If you are then you can then select the 'link' button and then click on file and add the link that way...
