how do i create a gallery

hi

i want to create 6 gallery's.

if i add the picture gallery widget and then upload the pics its just spreads them out across the page and doesnt make a gallery for me to click on and open up like a folder.

ive tried the search but cant find a answer.

any advice would be great

If you can give us an example site I'm sure we can help with finding a suitable plugin or workaround for this.

I'm not quite sure what you are looking for, others may hit on it by your explanation.

hi its had to give an example.

the gallery on the is how mine looks but i dont want it like that.

were they have jet washing i want to be able to click on the one picture and then it opens up to show you loads.

Hello John,

I understand what you are saying.
The primary image would be an image link to another page with more photos.

You can do that easily and Yola have a tutorial to show you the process: Picture Links

The many images that are linked to your primary image could be configured by using any of the methods that Laura has pointed you to.

You can also have a number of primary images on the page so if you had ten galleries then you could easily place ten primary images linked to its respective gallery.

The Yola "Gallery widget" doesn't allow for using it's images as the link itself. You would need to create the primary image links by another method. Maybe just a straight forward line of images and then use the link to instructions as outlined in the tutorial I listed.
