I will forward the instructions from the provider for your review if you will give me an e-mail that works. Please be patient with me as i am not the best computer person to deal with.
i hope you can read the instrctions attached to this as an "image"

Hello Tony,
We just need to know a bit more about your current domain setup. Can you answer the following for me:
1. Are you currently using a subdomain of Yola as your main domain?
2. Do you have a custom domain purchased from Yola? or
3. Do you have a custom domain purchased from another entity?
If you can let us know the answer to the above, we can share more specific instructions with you on how to set up a subdomain of your custom domain.
Thanks,
Emmy

Hi, you have a custom domain! A custom domain is an extension like .com or .net Since you have a .com, you can created sub domains! Since you purchased it from Yola, you should see this article from Yola on creating sub domains: Creating sub domains with your Yola-bought domain name.
I hope this helps!

Hello Anthony,
I have just replied to your latest post. As I mentioned we are experiencing a bug with publishing to your own custom subdomain - I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.
What we will need you to do is publish your site to a free Yola subdomain (for example www.payroll.yolasite.com) and then let us know so that one of our technical staff can assign the domain correctly for you.
To publish to a subdomain, just click the green "Publish to the web" button and follow the instructions.
If you could also let us know if you would like the www prefix or not that would be great.
Please let me know if you have any questions on this and I will be happy to help.
Cheers!
Jackie

Hi Ms. Jackie,
Per your instructions I created a "free Yola subdomain and called it www.payrollajstaxsolutions.yolasite.com. It woul not let enter any dots or dashes. I need this subdomain to point to the following DNS entry. (pointing address): 65.51.245.55.
Can this be accomplished? God bless you if you know what it all means. Please advise.
