I seem to have blocks of text floating on my pages especially on my homepage, is there a way of creating some order, by putting boxes around my text or separating blocks of text with lines etc.
Is there a line tool that I don’t know about or could one be implemented if not.?

Cheers

Hi Stewart

Would you mind sharing your url so that I can see what you're talking about and then give you some suggestions?

Understood! =)

Okay.. I see now what you've done.

1. First of all, you can create some "white space" around your text to help make it a bit more readable. You can do this by dragging over the two column widget found under your "Content" on the right-hand side. The, drag another two-column widget and place inside of the the column. Put your middle content into the left hand column and the right-hand content into the right hand column. Then, you can drag the middle bars over to increase or decrease the width of the column.

2. If you want to insert a vertical line, you can use this code:
<div style="width:1px; height:500px; background-color: white">

If you want a horizontal line, use this code:
<div style="background:transparent; border-top:1px solid #666142; width:900px;"></div>

3. If you want to use a border around your text, then use this code:
<div style="border: 1px solid; width=100%;">YOUR TEXT</div>

You can change the width, color, thickness of each border or line.

I hope that's helpful. If you need further clarification, please don't hesitate to ask.

I forgot to add that you will need to add these codes into the HTML of either your text box widget or the HTML widget box.
