Hey Zane

On your jotform, go to your form. Then under properties, you'll see something that says "thank-you url". Enter in your url for your thank-you page. it'll look something like: http://YOURSITENAME.synthasite.com/th...

In your site builder, create a new page (make sure the url is the same as the one you have put down in jotform). and make sure that you uncheck the "show in navigation". This will hide your page. Design as you'd like and be sure to click on "update". Feel free to ask more questions if needed.

Excellent advice, littleus. Thanks! Most form services have thank you pages that display after you submit your form, if you configure them to include this. Littleus has given specific instructions for Jotform, which is especially helpful. Zane: get back to us if you need any further assistance.

Hi Zane... I was a little unclear with your comment. Yes I have.. what? Yes you have done this and it's working or yes you have done that and it's not working? Please let us know if you need further clarification.

I did the same as littleus said but on the thank you page a put a redection code on it. So when people submit the form ,3 seconds later it will return them to the home page.

Very simple!

Add a html widget then insert this code:
<!--
<META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" content="3;URL=http://www.PAGE.YOU.WANT.IT.TO.REDIRE...>
-->
In the content area you specify how may seconds you want it to wait. In the above code it will wait 3 seconds. Though if you want to edit it you have to be quick because in the yola builder it redirects until you edit it or something. Ask if you have any questions!
